Our Services
We specialize in psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and ongoing medication management for patients aged 6 and older. Brief psychotherapy may be incorporated into medication management visits to support treatment goals.
We welcome Oregon and California residents for in-person appointments at our Brookings, Oregon office. We also offer statewide telehealth appointments for patients located in Oregon.

Dr. Kellie Creaser, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C
Kellie grew up in Wyoming and attended the University of Wyoming where she received her Bachelor of Science in nursing degree as well as her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree specializing as a family nurse practitioner. She later attended Johns Hopkins University and completed her psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner certificate. With over 16 years of nursing experience, she has learned firsthand the positive impact of treating mental and behavioral health and how it can improve every aspect of a person's life. Kellie is a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional who is dedicated to providing the best possible care to our patients. Growing up in a rural town, Kellie understands the beauty and serenity of a small town, but also the challenges of accessing health care. She strives to improve the quality and accessibility of mental healthcare for rural populations. When Kellie is not treating patients you can find her running, hiking, kayaking, and fishing.
